Quality Control
QA/QC Introduction
Our QA Department consists of three sections, and employs 219 staff. Apart from those detailed below, this division also has a QC Engineer and 17 management personnel:1)IQC Section: comprising 20 persons, this section is mainly responsible for checking the quality of incoming materials
2)IPQC Section: comprising 170 persons, this section is responsible for checking all products throughout the manufacturing process
3)QA Section: comprising 11 persons, this section is responsible for conducting quality checks and assurance procedures before shipment
Procedures:
All materials are checked by the IQC Section, before being booked in to the warehouse and issued to the production lines. All semi-finished and finished products undergo comprehensive checking by the IPQC Section, before undergoing spot-checking by the QA Section. After spot-checking, they are booked in to the warehouse for shipment.

Description:This machine is used to identify all defects and bad circuits in PCBs. For example, imprecise soldering, problems with inserted parts (wrong placement, replacement with other parts), parts been omitted etc.
